It was easy to get around from Hotel Gracelands, with attractions and transport nearby. I also found it quiet enough to unwind after a long day. My room was clean, comfortable, and had the basics covered. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were welcoming. Housekeeping was reliable, and everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful.

Pavi, the manager, was especially attentive and supportive, and it felt clear that guest comfort matters to them. The rest of the staff were quick to help, polite, and brought a really positive attitude to the stay. Hotel Gracelands felt welcoming and well run from my perspective. I had a great time and would gladly recommend it.

The owners greeted me warmly, and check-in was quick and straightforward. I visited not long after the motel reopened, following a period when it had been closed. The new management seems to have got things back on track. My room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, and the whole place looked neat and organized. It was nice to see the motel thriving again.
