There was heaps of parking, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. My room was large and comfortable. I’d have preferred a proper shower instead of one in the spa bath. It’s a shame there’s no restaurant on site, though several are nearby.

The breakfast we ordered through room service for our family was brought promptly and with a smile. The food was acceptable for a hotel breakfast, though not five-star. We then enjoyed a nice walk around the grounds and along the river.

I’ve stayed here many times and will keep recommending it, though the last stay did have a few issues. The large rooms are comfortable, with good beds and amazing Swan River views. Room setups vary and there’s an elevator, pool, basic breakfast, and food and drink items for sale on site. In the room there’s a microwave, hotplates, oven, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, a medium-sized fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer, TV, and radio. It’s close to Ascot, Belmont, the new Stadium, the walkway, and the Casino.

I was at a wedding reception here. The canapés were better than the main courses, though the food was OK. The dining area was oddly separated from the dance floor and bar. The view could be fantastic, but the beach houses planted poolside spoil it. The wait staff seemed disinterested in being there.
