Jessica was so friendly, welcoming and helpful at the Courtyard Hotel. Her positive attitude and great customer service made everything feel smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciated the hospitality and had a great stay. I’d definitely come back.

The hotel is in a medical district, with a hospital and other specialist medical businesses nearby, but there are also lots of places for food and coffee. The view was good, and I got a glass of bubbly on arrival. It’s a nice, very new and clean place, with a really comfortable bed and pillows. They supplied two bottles of water but there’s no minibar. It was a little expensive, though a nice place to stay.

The Indian lady at the front desk was so hospitable and made my stay even better. My room was cleaned well, the bed was really comfortable, and the amenities were perfect. Breakfast was delicious, especially the Egg Benny, which I recommend. It was also the only hotel among the other four- and five-star places I stayed on my Perth trip that provided a toothbrush, lol. Best hotel I stayed at on the trip.

The room was comfy and clean, and the nearest train station is only a five-minute walk away, just outside the main city. We booked an urban view, but the next building was all we could see, about 3 metres away. The water pressure was weak, and it took about five minutes for the shower to get hot, though it was fine after that. A heads-up for anyone with a tall car: the car park has a 2.2-metre height restriction, with only two spaces allowing 3.0 metres. My vehicle is 2.4 metres tall, so I nearly had nowhere to park. The restriction wasn’t mentioned when booking.
