Teressa was a great host and made our stay amazing. We had a spacious, well-equipped room with a large bathroom and closet. Being near shops and public transport made it a handy place to stay for a few days. I couldn’t have asked for more, and I’d definitely return.

The peaceful atmosphere made Palms Bed & Breakfast a lovely place for a quiet break or vacation. My room was cozy and clean, and the staff were so welcoming that I felt right at home. Shops and public transport were easy to reach, too. A comfortable, affordable place to stay, and one I’d highly recommend.

Clean, fresh rooms with ensuites, and breakfast has a friendly, family-like feel. The woman who runs this little B&B is the best. It’s my go-to place whenever I’m in Perth, unless they’re fully booked, which happens because it’s such a great little B&B 😊👍

The location worked well for us, close to Warwick Shopping Centre, and Teresa was friendly, though a bit intrusive. She likes to have a conversation every time you come or go. The rooms were okay, but tired and shabby, and the air con rules were confusing. Our host came into the room whenever she felt like it, then left it locked or unlocked as she chose. Breakfast wasn’t great for vegetarians or vegans, with no adjustments made, so we skipped it after the first day. We didn’t use the pool, but the photo makes it look much bigger than it is. An okay B&B.

For the price, staying here was well worth it. The room was very clean, self-contained, and handy, with a beautiful ensuite. Our host was so hospitable and served a lovely breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back. Thanks so much, Teresa 🙏🏾👍🏾❤️
