The rooms and beds were nice and clean, but we won't be staying again. It was 39° and there was no air conditioning. The toilet bin hadn't been emptied before we arrived, and although the Rossmoyne Suite Book said coffee and tea were provided, they weren't, so we had to bring our own.

I was only visiting friends who were staying there, not staying myself. Their air-conditioning wasn't working, and the small portable unit they had instead barely helped. The Wi-Fi was also out for most of their stay. If I'd paid to stay there, I wouldn't have been impressed.

Booking was easy and getting the keys was convenient. The place was clean, well located, and a great price.
