Paul was the best host, considerate and helpful, and the place felt so cozy and homey. I’ll stay here again on my next trip to Australia, especially when I’m in Port Macquarie. Highly recommended.

The hosts were caring, and the facilities were clean. Sea Acres and Shelley Beach are within walking distance, with town centre a short drive away. The bed mattress might feel a little firm for some. There was a great choice of tea and coffee, good breakfast options, and room in the kitchenette for any food guests bring along.

Paul was a great host, and the sliding door does a decent job of keeping out the traffic noise from the fairly busy road nearby. The room had a slightly unpleasant smell, and just so you know, breakfast is cereal. Thanks, Paul.

We booked this B&B at the last minute and arrived just 15 minutes later. The room was ready and immaculate, and Paul was friendly and helpful with local information. The price was very reasonable, with continental breakfast included. It’s directly opposite Sea Acres and Shelly's Beach. If you enjoy nature sounds, there are lots of birds in the trees, and kookaburras are guaranteed morning and night. We only stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed four nights and the host took great care of us. The accommodation was very clean, with daily continental breakfast supplies. Shelly Beach is within walking distance, and town is far enough away to feel removed but still not too far. A lovely spot if you like waking up to birdsong and the sound of the ocean.
