The personal touch won me over. There were complimentary snacks waiting in the room, along with a note mentioning the concert and hoping I enjoyed it. Before that, someone had called to confirm my booking details and asked why I was travelling. She got really enthusiastic when I said it was for a concert. I'd never tried a Quest before and had been unsure, but check-in was easy. 10/10, I'd recommend it.

Robina train station is right across the road, and Bond University is behind the property with a great view. The location worked perfectly for us and it was good value. Our room was spacious, with a kitchen and laundry facilities built in. The staff were exceptional, and the lovely welcome gift made our stay more memorable.

10/10
The room was huge and clean, with everything you'd need even for a longer visit, and check-in was quick and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, too. I only stayed overnight for a football game, and the spot couldn't have been more convenient for getting around and reaching the stadium. Best value hotel I've stayed at in ages. Five stars all round, and I'll definitely come back and recommend it.

The team at Quest Robina made this a lovely stay. I've never had better service anywhere. The room was tidy and well maintained, and the location was very good for the Robina area. Thanks so much to the staff.
