Robin, Naomi, and Gabriel made it feel like home. They greeted us with friendly smiles every day, and the lolly jar was always overflowing. The rooms are great, and the river views from the balcony are awesome 👌 This is the place to stay in Rockhampton. Keep up the good work, team. We'll be back!

John is especially friendly, and the staff go above and beyond. My friend is a paraplegic, and John always adjusts our accessible room to her requests. When she fell out of her chair onto the footpath last night, the night concierge Robin came to our aid and almost lifted her up single-handedly. I'm so impressed by the hotel's kindness and service. Love this place.

The room was amazing, and the little personalised card was a lovely extra touch. We'll stay again next time we're in Rockhampton.

The prices are reasonable, and the rooms are clean and fresh. The staff are lovely and friendly. It can be a bit tricky to find.

The water views are beautiful, and the location was great. There are two elevators for the nine floors, so we never had to wait. Secure parking was easy, and we could walk to everything we needed. We'll stay here again.
