We had a spa bath in our room, though most rooms seem to have regular showers. There was plenty of hot water for long showers, plus free WiFi and modern, silent a/c. Parking was easy for bikes or a car, with trailer parking available. The room was very clean, well presented and maintained, and the linen and towels were crisp and clean, including the bed cover, which isn’t often the case for a seasoned traveller. An exceptionally nice lady accommodated my wife and me after a long, wet day of motorcycling, when the rest of Roma were trying to make the most out of our circumstances. Highly recommend 👍

We’ve stayed at Bottle Tree Gardens three times now and will definitely stay whenever we’re passing through. It’s right in town, conveniently close to the Supermarket, Petrol Station & Hotel. The rooms are a little dated but clean, tidy and have everything you need. Host Bev is very helpful and remembered us from our first visit, which felt welcoming.

We stayed here back in 2016, and these folks are happy to greet returning guests, unlike some other accommodation providers in Roma. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, parking easy and managers friendly. It’s also a short walk to the local pub for a hearty meal.

Good value accommodation for the money. The room was good, with a big bathroom suitable for disabled guests or wheelchair users. It’s handy to town, less than a minute’s walk to two pubs, a short walk to shops, and a short drive to the hospital. There’s supposed to be great fish n chips over the road. The spa bath in the bathroom was mint, and it’s a nice place that’s cheap for the area. I squashed one bug, just a regular household pest, not a cockroach, then searched thoroughly and couldn’t find any more, so I think it was an outlier. You can hear trucks through the night because of the traffic. That’s obviously not the business’s fault, but if you’re a super light sleeper, I’d suggest staying somewhere a bit more isolated.
