We were only here for about eight hours to sleep during a stopover, but I'd choose it again next time I'm passing through Roxby. The room was exceptionally clean and well presented, with everything we needed, including a free breakfast bag on each bed and free water in the fridge. The bed was super comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets, and there was parking right outside. Across the road there's a tavern, plus supermarkets and cafes. Even in such a remote area, the TV had all the channels.

The staff were amazing, and reception couldn't have been more helpful. The bar staff at Roxby Downs Tavern were great as well, and the food was good. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're in town.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The food at the hotel was great, and the rooms were clean, fresh and very comfortable, with a good layout. After being told there was nowhere decent to stay in Roxby Downs, this was a pleasant surprise.

We ate at the Roxby Tavern each time, with good country-style breakfasts and great dinners. Our three-night stay was excellent overall, despite a few early teething problems with the brand-new facilities. The hotel is being completely renovated, and from what previous reviews said, the rooms have been transformed. Ours was clean, with sparkling bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

The motel is right next to the Roxby Tavern, which made dinner easy. They serve a great steak, and will even deliver meals to the motel for free if you'd rather eat in. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, and I liked the tea, coffee and biscuit bar. It was good to see a motel still supplying biscuits. The reverse cycle system worked really well, and the shower had great hot water pressure. It was quite cold, so the heater was very welcome. A restful stay, thank you!
