Jan gave us extra time after checkout to have a quick swim, get ready and pack before heading home. The beach is right in front of the property, down a few flights of stairs. We stayed in the Tree House at 1770 Beach Shack two weeks ago. It’s beautifully built with an Asian-inspired style, and the rooms sit on a slope to make the most of the beach views. The room was clean and had all the kitchen essentials. Jan and her husband were lovely, and she made arriving very late at night easy. Checkout was just as simple. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Seventeen Seventy. 🥰♥️

We had such a good time here and loved the balcony sunsets with a drink in hand. The beach is only a short walk away, and the outlook over it is amazing. It’s a rare little gem and definitely worth visiting when you’re in 1770.

Our birthday stay at 1770 Beach Shacks was made extra special by the owners, who really went out of their way for us. We booked the Lighthouse Room for a few nights and loved how spacious and thoughtfully designed it was. From bed, we could see and hear the waves, and the deck had beautiful ocean views. It’s right by the beach, with a peaceful, picturesque feel. The service was five-star, with all the little things handled to make us comfortable. I had an incredible birthday holiday here, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend it for a relaxing break with lovely views and hospitality.

We’ve stayed here a few times and it never lets us down. It’s dreamy and relaxing, and the veranda has the most gorgeous sunset views. More recently, I left some property at the shacks, and Kathy did everything she could to make sure it got returned.
