The staff looked after us really well, and it was great value. The rooms are much nicer than the photos suggest. I especially loved the newly renovated bathroom: it’s beautiful, roomy, and has a huge shower.

October 2025: the pub was being completely rebuilt, but that didn't put us off. The refurbished rooms at the back were spacious, comfortable, well priced, and quiet. The location is excellent, right in the CBD, and the staff were fantastic, friendly, and helpful.

The hotel was comfortable, quiet, and affordable, and I really liked the room decor. It’s a shame the pub is being renovated, but once that’s done, it’ll be a great hotel choice when travelling through Toowoomba.

The freshly renovated room was lovely inside, with a super comfortable bed and a huge shower head with great water pressure. The staff were friendly too. With renovations going on, though, it was very difficult to find, and the place didn’t look very flashy from the outside.

The beds and bathroom were great. The rooms are really nice, though there was a bit of a smell at first, which might have been from the renovation work outside.
