Breakfast was delicious, and I used my welcome drink for a barista cappuccino. We had a lovely overnight stay on Saturday the 31st January. The staff were very helpful, and our room was ready when we checked in at 11. The fridge was tiny and had no freezer, but asking for ice was easy and it was brought to our room.

The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids, and the views were awesome. They even had free sunscreen and towels. Parking access was easy, so we'll be back soon. Reception and restaurant service were great, the food was excellent, and thanks to the chef. The room attendants were polite and helpful, and staff brought fresh towels when we needed them. Good job, guys and gals!

The location was great and the staff were really friendly. It's a nice hotel, though nothing fancy or upmarket. Still, it's certainly not the sort of place where bugs are eating holes in your sheets.

We had a function at The Sugar Shaker and stayed overnight in a one bedroom room, with an extra bed set up in the main area for a third person. The function meal and service were good, and the buffet breakfast was smashing. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the room's air conditioning worked quite well and kept it comfortable.

The central location was handy, and our room was quiet with a great view to the east. We came in May 2025 mainly for the rooftop pool, only to find it closed for repairs. The lifts were very slow, so they took some patience.
