I was billed $58 for a dinner I neither ordered nor ate. I raised it with them, but the response wasn’t satisfactory, and the issue could have been resolved at checkout but wasn’t. Future guests should check their invoices carefully before leaving. I hope management improves billing transparency and communication with customers.

I came for dinner and will be back to try more. It’s a little out of town, but worth the trip. As an ex chef, I appreciated that the chef stuck to traditional cooking and let each ingredient shine. I had salmon and veg: the skin was perfectly crisp, the vegetables were cooked just right, and the grilled potato was a nice surprise. The Crème Brûlée was great too, with a soft custard under that crackly top. Prices are a little on the high side, but the quality gave me no complaints. Highly recommended.

The cafe service was brilliant and really attentive, and I’d come back just for the breakfast omelette. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. My room was clean and comfortable, with no highway noise at all. If I lived nearby, I’d be here for dinner most Saturday nights.

Centenary Inn was perfectly located for my one-night stay, as I had a medical appointment at I Med for a scan. The room was great, and I was very happy with the stay. I’ll come back in the future.
