The food and service were very good. The dining room was really busy, so it was noisy, though it didn't spoil the meal. It's noticeable, but that's not a bad problem for the hotel to have, and there's not much they can do about it.

The meal was good and the bar staff were lovely, so I'd still come back. The service at the meals counter felt unwelcoming, though. There was no 'how are you' or 'thank you', just 'what do you want' and 'yeah, is that it'. The woman didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

It's a great place to visit in waikerie, with lovely, helpful staff overall and plenty of room options. We've stayed both on site and off site, and the family rooms work well when bringing children. The hotel rooms are lovely, while the motel rooms have recently been renovated and feel fresh and modern. We've had many good meals there.

The fish and chips tasted okay, but the takeaway portion was disappointing for the price. There was much less food than I expected, so it didn't feel like good value.

Friendly staff and a great location. The bed was a little uncomfortable, though most motels are. The food was great too, but the service staff could use more training on what can and can't be added to or taken out of meals.
