There was a little garden off our nice room, which gave our dog some private space too. The rooms and linen were clean, and the living room was inviting, with books, a piano, board games and a music player. We enjoyed afternoon tea and a continental breakfast with fresh homemade muffins, scones, toast, yogurt and fruit. The hosts were lovely, and talking with them was heartwarming. A lovely stay.

Having our own courtyard with a lovely breakfast table was a nice extra. Breakfast was stellar, and the guesthouse had a great balance of privacy and a warm welcome. It reminded me of a modern take on an old friendly UK B&B. Such a lovely, relaxing stay. I'd definitely recommend it for an overnight trip to York.

Upstairs, there's a spot to watch the sunset, and the guest room is a lovely place to settle in with a book. The rooms were clean and had that home away from home feel, with videos and games around. Ron and Leanne hosted us for a perfect family getaway. We'll definitely stay longer next time.

We spent our wedding night here and expected only a room, but it felt more like a cottage. There were two bedrooms, a laundry, a lounge, and a tea and coffee area with cereals. A lovely hot fried breakfast was brought to our room at the time we chose. Highly recommended.

Ron welcomed us warmly and was the perfect host. The elegant decor and setting were beautiful, and every detail seemed carefully taken care of, with absolutely everything we could need during our stay. One of the most beautiful B&Bs we've come across in Western Australia.
