We booked this hotel before our flight. When we arrived in Baku, they sent a driver to pick us up, but he took us to a different hotel. We tried contacting them and got no reply. We went to the hotel ourselves, but the door was shut and nobody answered. The police nearby said it was open. They didn’t care about customers or take responsibility.

The price was high, and you can find a better hotel for less. Reception was unfriendly, there was no elevator, and the kitchen was dirty with a bad fridge. Believe me, there’s more. One of the worst hotels.

For the money, it’s good value, and I didn’t expect more from an apartment. Just don’t think of it as a hotel. It feels more like an apartment you book through Airbnb.

The staff were kind and helpful, but the boss was absent and didn’t take responsibility. This isn’t hotel apartments, and there’s no elevator. The rooms were dirty, the accommodation is old, and everything felt terrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The place was quiet and well managed, with a home-like feel. The rooms were neat and clean, and the location and staff were excellent. A very good experience.
