The breakfast was delicious when my wife and I tried it, and Svetlana, the cook, was very friendly, if I remember her name right. The staff were welcoming, professional, and kind, and the hotel itself was beautiful and spotless, with a real sense of luxury. We came for five days of relaxation, and it was one of my best stays so far. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again when we return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The food was amazing, and the location was great. I’ve visited the city four times and stayed at this property three times. The front desk staff are welcoming, friendly, and supportive of my needs; housekeeping works hard to make the stay feel like home, and the executive lounge team are very friendly too. The rooms are tidy and fine, though they could be better for JW. It’s a bit pricey if you’re paying out of pocket, but I found the stay worthwhile.

The room, lounge, pool, and gym were all up to a very high standard. Check-in began with elite member benefits and a big smile from the receptionist. Thanks to the team at JW Marriott, Absheron, especially Nijat and Riad at reception, and Farhad, Huriya, and Vuqar in the lounge. They made our stay memorable. If I return to Baku, I’ll stay here again for sure.

This is a place where you can relax easily and enjoy yourself, and the main thing is that you can trust them completely with anything. I also want to call out Roul, who works there and will help you with anything. Great job building this hotel, and thanks to the whole crew for doing their best!

The service made our visit so special. My husband and I recently stayed at JW Marriott Absheron Baku, and it was an incredible experience at a truly world-class hotel. The whole staff were professional, and we especially want to thank Yelizaveta (Liza) Atnyukhina, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager. From the moment we arrived, Liza’s personal touch and hospitality made us feel at home. She was kind and dedicated, taking care of every detail and making us feel valued and welcome. For a high-level hotel with top-notch service in Baku, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!
