I’d happily stay here again. The cleanliness and upkeep were excellent, and the hotel was comfortable throughout my visit. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Special recognition to Zarifa, Murad, and Akbar (the manager), who were professional and attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Highly recommended.
8/10
We stayed 4-5 nights and had a good experience overall. The location is great and the staff are good. Zarifa was attentive all the time and a good person. The bathroom taps and shower knobs need attention, though, they’re all in bad shape.
2/10
The cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. My room smelled musty, the walls were dirty, and a lamp was broken. The towels were torn, and the bedsheets were very thin, dirty, and uncomfortable. A disappointing hotel.

Mr. Akbar was incredibly accommodating and helped with anything we needed, including great suggestions for tourist spots around Baku. The hotel is handy for both restaurants and the city center. I recommend having them arrange airport pickup, since airport taxi fares can be double. Thanks to Mr. Akbar for the tip. RUNO INN HOTEL gets a perfect 10/10 from me.

It’s on a beautiful street right in the centre of Baku. The staff were great, very nice, and helped us with all our requests. Special thanks to Akbar Hasanov!
