Park Azure Apartment Deluxe 2 Bedroom

The rooms were really clean, and the staff were very nice. I had a very good experience, best hotel in Baku city 🥰

We booked two nights at Azure Park through Booking.com and arrived with our family at 3 PM. No one was there, so we waited outside in 40°C heat for over an hour. When someone eventually came, they took us to a different apartment from the one we had booked, and it hadn’t been cleaned or vacated. We couldn’t check in until around 6:30 PM. They demanded cash to avoid Booking.com’s commission and asked us to cancel the reservation. When we refused, they falsely told Booking.com that we hadn’t arrived. We have video and written evidence, and Booking.com helped us sort it out. This business is outright fraudulent and should be avoided.

We booked two nights from the UAE through Booking.com. After we arrived, they kept my children and me waiting in the street for over an hour, then put us in a different apartment with a very bad view. The man at reception took my phone to enter the WiFi password, and I later found out he had canceled the Booking.com reservation after I paid him. They also didn’t come to clean, even though they had said they would clean the apartment every day. I absolutely don’t recommend it.

Elchin made everything feel welcoming and easy. We’re having a wonderful stay at Park Azure Residence, where the comfort and elegance make it feel like a home away from home.
