The location was the best part of this apartment. There was a nice balcony upstairs with a view over the restaurant area and river, and the host kindly drove us to the Sarajevo bus station at 7am. Still, I probably wouldn't stay again. From outside, it looked very dirty at first, and we had to climb 5 flights of stairs with nobody there to meet us at the door. Inside, it was basic and tiny, the towels looked well past their use by date, and it didn't feel very clean or up to par. It was ok for 1 night. Australia May 2024

The view from the roof was especially lovely. We had a perfect stay, thank you, and we'll see you again.

The view is great, but that's about it. We booked through Booking and were charged more than the listed price. Once we got to the apartment, they told us check-out was at 10 am. I've never seen a place with a 10am check-out. A very lousy place.

Emily Room & Appartments is right in the centre of Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and makes a great base for visiting many of the city's best attractions. The rooms are cosy and the breakfast is good. There's a small balcony as well as an exciting roof terrace. Can absolutely be recommended.

Just terrible. Everything was dirty, and the overhead lights were al broken, leaving horrible fluorescent lights stuck everywhere. They lie about the sizes of the rooms and suppress any negative reviews. It felt like staying at your crazy aunt and uncle's for the holidays.
