D&K apartments

The apartment was clean, and the location worked very well for getting around on foot. The double bed was really comfortable. The female staff member and the man who replied quickly to messages were both attentive and helpful. We weren’t bothered by the tram noise. However, there’s no elevator, and getting to the apartment involves very steep stairs that didn’t feel safe. I’m 55 and struggled with them, so I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people. This wasn’t mentioned on Booking.com. There were three of us, and the photos showed a double bed and sofa. We requested an extra free single bed, which was listed as an option, and got confirmation by email. But there was no single bed, just the sofa made up as a bed. After our four-night stay, my 19-year-old son had back pain. That wasn’t professional. Thank you.

We spent three nights here and really enjoyed it. The apartment was a comfortable, clean place to recharge when the city got a bit overwhelming, and the price was very reasonable. Baščaršija is just a minute away, with the tram stop only another minute or two from there. It made a great base for exploring Sarajevo.

The view from the room was lovely, and the host was so attentive whenever we messaged. When we asked about the chocolates in the room, he kindly brought us some because we couldn't find them in any supermarkets. The room was spacious and clean, right in the Bascarsija area, so stepping outside puts you in the middle of everything. The downsides were the tram noise and vibration, which disturbed our sleep a bit, and the A/C blew warm air. The host said the city was still supplying warm air. Still, I'd recommend this beautiful room ❤️😊

The apartment was clean, in a good spot, and the host replied quickly. Just be prepared for the stairs: with my huge suitcase, hauling it up three flights was tough, and there’s no lift.
