We installed their CCTV and Intercom over three years ago, and they still haven’t paid half the bill. They keep putting us off, ignoring calls, and blocking our number. We’ve gone to the hotel several times, but neither the manager nor the managing director was there. Know what you may be dealing with before staying here. Their morality is awful.

The desserts are especially tempting, and the food in general is great, including the buffet. The hotel also gets used for all sorts of gatherings, from conferences, training and product introductions to family outings, friends meeting up, and work meetings. It’s also a place people stay.

The staff are professional and well-mannered, and the hotel feels luxurious. There are suites, a hall room, and a few indoor games, though parking is limited. Lunch and dinner buffets are available. The food costs a lot but didn’t impress me.

The dining room was cramped and dim, and getting refills took ages. We came for Iftar and dinner because of a Buy 1 get 3 deal, so four of us could eat while I paid for one. That was the only good part. The food was well below what I’ve had at other boutique hotels nearby, and even with the offer, it wasn’t worth it.

I tried the dinner buffet, but there weren’t many dishes and the food tasted average. Water and soft drinks cost extra, and the restaurant itself isn’t very spacious. For the Gulshan area, I found this hotel below average. The service doesn’t live up to its name, and there’s plenty that needs improving.
