I found the hotel calm and comfortable, with clean rooms that seem suitable for either a short visit or a longer stay. Housekeeping was consistent, and there’s free Wi-Fi. Its central location puts restaurants, services, and other key places within reach, and the airport transfer is useful, especially for international travelers. I thought the price was reasonable for the service, cleanliness, location, and amenities. The team were friendly, polite, and ready to help. Mr. Nayeem at reception was particularly attentive and professional, and helped make sure things went smoothly. Mr. Hasibul from service staff also deserves a mention. I had a pleasant stay in Dhaka and would recommend the hotel for business or leisure.

We had a huge, quiet room, spotlessly clean, and especially liked the big shower. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. Breakfast was great, and the buffet dinner was superb. Rony the manager went out of his way to help us, and the staff were all kind and friendly. We stayed for two nights and highly recommend Grand Palace in Dhaka. Ramna park is walkable, though the roads can be challenging. The hotel team can help find a rickshaw and arrange airport or other transfers.

Everything tasted fresh, with impressive presentation and quality. The meal was delicious, full of flavor, and cooked really well. I had a satisfying time dining here and would recommend it.

The lifts were the one nuisance, as they took a while to arrive. Otherwise, this worked well for my short stop before flying to Dubai. I’d stayed at Grand Palace in Sylhet before, so I decided to try this newer hotel, which was around 8-9 months old. My Deluxe Single Room was spacious, clean, and welcoming, with complimentary water and fruit on arrival. The staff were helpful and friendly, and when my flight was delayed they stored my luggage. When I came back, Rony, the manager, offered me a quiet place to pray while the hotel was hosting events. He also showed me the Halloween setup, introduced me to the chef, and let me sample some food. From my room on the 10th floor I watched a beautiful sunrise during Fajr. The pool looked spotless, but I didn’t have time to use it. Ramna Park is about a 20-minute walk away, rickshaws are easy to find nearby, and Old Dhaka is a short ride. A good choice for a brief visit or business trip. Thanks for having me!
