The cottage was lovely, clean, and nicely furnished. It’s owned by an absolutely lovely, very friendly couple. We’d visit again.

Parking was easy, and the chalet is tucked away at the back of the owners’ garden, in a quiet spot, apart from the neighbor’s rooster waking you up ;) It’s charming, comfortable, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, and all the utensils you need. The welcome was warm and professional. Breakfast is available for €15, with a reduced price of €8 for children, and it’s generous. The Wi-Fi, though, is very weak and unreliable.

She speaks French only, but you can make yourself understood. The B&B is very clean and tidy, and we slept wonderfully with our own privacy. There’s a nice village a few kilometers away. It suits solo travelers, couples, or a group of three really well.

The separate little house in the garden would be great in summer, though I doubt it’s suited to colder months. The landlady was friendly, but speaks French only.

The room was small, the mattress was bad, and having the toilet outside was unpleasant in the cold.
