Meike was a wonderful host, and we had a great time on the bike tour she offered. Waterside Bed and Breakfast is tucked into a quiet local neighborhood, away from the cruise ship crowds, but still only a short walk from the city center. Breakfast is traditional European style, with yogurt, cheese, cold meat, breads, fruit and spreads. There are two separate rooms: one has an en-suite bath, while the other bathroom is just outside its room door. The rooms are regular bedroom size. For a casual, local stay while visiting Bruges, Waterside B&B is a great option.

We'd stay here again. The host took great care of our family and was incredibly helpful. The rooms were perfectly clean, functional and good value. It's in a charming spot by the canal, just a few minutes from the city center.

Right on the waterfront, Waterside B&B is a charming, pleasant place and just a quick walk from the town center. Mieke welcomed us warmly and offered useful tips for sightseeing and restaurants. Our room was comfortable and simple, and breakfast was lovely.
