My son and I felt very safe walking back in the evening, and the hotel is right in the centre, just a minute from the square. The staff were lovely and let us leave our bags after checkout. Breakfast was great, with lots of choice and eggs freshly cooked how you like them. Our room was spacious, the bathroom had two sinks, and the bath was very big. We’ll definitely come back.

The host was welcoming and very attentive, and breakfast was delicious. It’s an excellent spot close to the city centre, with parking available about five minutes away, though you need to reserve it. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Brugge.

We even thought about extending our holiday because of the wonderful rooms and excellent location. Breakfast was amazing too. The rooms are spacious, the beds are great, and the huge bathrooms have walk-in showers that look recently upgraded. Check-in was quick, and the staff were extremely friendly. Our first time in Bruges, and we’d absolutely recommend this hotel. We booked the four-person room because it was the last one available, and it gave us plenty of space with our little one. The beds were comfortable, especially welcome with my bad back, and there were lots of clean towels. The shower was large, warm, and powerful. Breakfast had a big selection, and we left with full bellies, ready for the day. The staff were wonderful and worked hard every day. Their kindness and the time they took really made our stay special. There were no negatives for us, just a heads-up that the four-person room is up two flights of stairs, which could be difficult for people with mobility issues. We were fine. The hotel is close to the main square but far enough away for a peaceful night’s sleep. Five stars, would absolutely recommend 👌🏻

The room was spacious and the location was nice, but breakfast only ran until 10 and the coffee was awful. The staff seemed either stressed or slow, with a strange sense of humor. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel at breakfast. I wouldn’t really recommend it.
