Flanders Hotel

We slept really well in a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast was plentiful. The room was nice too. The hotel is right in the centre of Bruges, but just far enough from the busy market square to be quieter at night. Parking behind the hotel was ample and reasonably priced compared with nearby public parking, which made things much easier. We were warmly welcomed and got useful information about what was happening, plus a great recommendation for lunch or dinner.

The pool was lovely, and the welcome at the front desk was just as good. The guy there was so friendly, talked us through the good spots in Bruges, suggested places to visit and warned us about others. Couldn't have asked for more.

Bayram at reception was really friendly and helped us figure out which attractions to see around the city. The staff were welcoming, and our room was lovely and clean. We stayed for three nights and would come back.

The staff were so kind to my little girl, greeting her with a big smile and little treats whenever we passed reception. They were also pleasant and helpful, with advice about sightseeing and where to eat nearby. Our room was clean, warm, nicely laid out, and had enough space and storage to feel like home. There was a good range at breakfast, a bar for an evening drink, and a small pool that was just right for a quick dip. We picked the hotel for its location, close enough to the centre for convenience but far enough away to avoid late night and early morning town noise. The private, secure car park let us drive right up with all our luggage, leave the car safely during the holiday, and come and go whenever we wanted.
