Green Park Hotel Brugge

The staff were friendly, but the place had no character, which says a lot about the people making the decisions. The bathroom and toilet gave me ptsd, and the colours made me think of an abandoned hospital. I’ll look for a better-looking hotel in the city centre if I ever visit again. I bet the manager(s) have boiler room experience.

Clean rooms, a nice breakfast, and parking. The staff were very polite and helpful, and it’s kid friendly. Excellent hotel!

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and patient with our two young children, even when they were loud or messy. Room service was amazing, and I have no complaints about it. That warmth made our three-night weekend trip to Bruges enjoyable, even though the facilities need a refresh. We booked specifically for the playgrounds. There’s a small indoor play area and an outdoor one with a slide, two swings, a trampoline, and a couple of small play structures. They kept the kids entertained, but both areas felt dated and needed upkeep. The hotel also felt older than its photos suggest. Our room was clean, but the bathroom was worn and had mold in some corners. Parking was my biggest frustration: €8 per calendar day, not per 24 hours. Arriving at 4 PM and leaving the next day at 11 AM still meant paying €16 for less than a full day. That felt unreasonable. It’s a decent family option with warm service, but the facilities and parking policy could be better.

We waited two hours for our room, and when we finally got it, it still wasn’t in good condition. The hotel felt a bit rough and not very clean. Charging hotel guests for parking isn’t nice.
