We were visiting Brugge with our son and stayed here over the Christmas holiday. Free parking is a huge plus in a city where parking is expensive, and we could leave the car at the hotel and explore the city center easily. The hotel is very close to the center. The owners are lovely and helpful, the breakfast is good, and the historic building is beautifully furnished. When the weather is nice, you can also have breakfast in the beautiful green garden.

This was my home base during my time in Europe, where I stayed on and off. The hosts were unbelievable and the staff were superb. It's within a nice walk of the Gran Place. If you're disappointed, I'll be amazed!

The location is good, though the place felt a bit cluttered and untidy. They advertise it as dog friendly, but dogs aren't allowed in the restaurant, so we had to eat breakfast separately. Not cool when you're on a romantic trip.

The staff were kind and good, but the room was in very poor condition for such an expensive price. It's an old hotel, and the room needed much better maintenance. There was a hole in the curtains, a piece of the window on the floor, and other things I don't want to mention. The price should be lower.

The hotel felt very old and needs to improve. I don't think it deserves the price, and it was a bit boring. We wouldn't recommend staying here in Brugge.
