The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the cosy bar and lounge made a lovely spot for a drink. We visited in December for the Christmas markets and festivities, and the family-run hotel made the stay feel special, with classic decor and warm, attentive service. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The bedroom was comfortable and had everything we needed, along with some nice little touches. It's right in the centre, within walking distance of everything. We'd love to come back.

The rooms were roomy, and housekeeping did a really good job. We loved the cosy little bar for wine, cocktails, or food, and the place is run brilliantly, with a real focus on service. It's in a lovely spot. I'd happily book here again and again.

We had plenty of space in our room to unpack and enjoy an espresso or a glass of wine, and the porcelain clawfoot tub was great after a day walking around the city. The hotel is family owned and run, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Say hello to Jack, the Cavalier King Charles who is often in the lobby. It's one of our favourite hotels, charming and romantic, right among the sights, shops, and restaurants. Although it's all so close, the hotel sits on a side street and stays quiet. The atmosphere is even more magical when it's decorated for Christmas.

The hotel has an incredible atmosphere in the heart of this historic city. The staff were especially warm and accommodating, and our room was clean and spacious. During the holidays, the Christmas decorations covered the hotel from top to bottom. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in one of Belgium's most charming hotels.
