The room looked a bit tatty, as if it hadn't been updated since the 80s. Still, the bed was more comfortable than it looked, and the shower had decent pressure. The host was very pleasant and gave us plenty of useful advice about the area. The hotel is on a quiet side street, close enough to walk to the station and main sights. We could leave the window open overnight, even on Saturday, without any trouble from noise.

The owner was so sweet, giving us a warm welcome and lots of recommendations. It felt like staying in a warm, cozy house. Our room had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We walked or biked everywhere in 2-10 minutes.

The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and the room, while simple, was clean and had everything I needed. The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, almost like a palace. I loved staying here. The location is PERFECT!! Definitely recommend it for a stay in Brugge.

Terrible service. Check-in after 8pm wasn't possible under any circumstances. My two-night stay had already been paid for, but after my train was canceled I arrived 15 minutes late and was left out on the street. The host canceled the whole reservation, showed no understanding and wouldn't refund me. It felt rigid and rude, and the room was immediately resold. They took my money and provided no stay. Avoid!!

We got a nice tip on the cheapest nearby parking garage when we arrived, and the staff were generally friendly. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of everything you might want to see in Bruge. There are stairs and no easy option if you dislike climbing them. We had an attic room on the third floor, which wasn't very convenient, but the roof window gave a lovely view. The room was on the small side, though clean, with comfortable beds and a large shower cubicle. Wi-Fi was free and worked smoothly most of the time.
