We had a really enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, the location was excellent, and the rooms were large and comfortable. There was enough space for everyone, so it seems like a great option for families. Highly recommend it!

Our late arrival after reception hours could have been stressful, but Hotel Marcel gave us clear instructions and handled check-in smoothly. We also liked having a safe in the room for our passports. The bathrooms were on the small side, though perfectly functional. The hotel was fairly priced for the quality of service and its spot right on the main square, close to everything. It was a gem in Bruges and made our visit really enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The location is hard to beat, on a quiet street just around the corner from the Market. We stayed two nights at Hotel Marcel and got personal attention, with everything we needed. Our room was small and modern. We took a taxi from the train station, then noticed there was a stop nearby for the #1 bus. I’d certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful time in the spacious, very clean apartment with a kitchen. Hotel Marcel provides linen sheets, my favorite, and I was so happy with them. I slept better than I have in ages. Breakfast was nice, and the people working there were super friendly and helpful. Perfect location, and I’d go back.

When we had heavy luggage and needed a taxi to the train station, the front desk called one for us. Service was excellent. The room was simple but clean, and the bathroom was great. A good experience overall.
