Hotel T Voermanshuys

The apartment worked well for four people, and the price and cleanliness were better than satisfactory. The staff were very helpful with maps and advice about the city, and they also pointed us toward suitable parking since there isn’t parking right beside the hotel. Just be aware that nobody is at reception at night.

It was handy having a fan during the recent heatwave in Europe, and this was the only place I stayed that had one. The staff were friendly and happy to suggest restaurants and sights. There’s a supermarket and restaurants close by, and the hotel is very central. Our clean room and bathroom had everything we needed, including tea, coffee, and a kettle. Breakfast was good too.

The staff were friendly and the room was decent, though ours had only a bath with a handheld sprayer and no proper shower. Breakfast could have been better. The hotel is in a nice area, with most things easy to reach.

A lovely little B&B with good views and great service, and it’s well suited to families. The day we visited Brugge was unusually warm, so the lack of air conditioning was a problem, though that heat wasn’t typical.
