Radisson Blu Hotel Bruges

The rooms were nicely equipped and felt worth the price. The desk staff paid attention and helped with my questions about casting to the TV, which eventually worked well. We ate at the bar on our first night. It’s a pleasant spot with light fare that was decent and not overpriced. The hotel is conveniently placed near the train station and the routes into the city. Finding the entrance can be confusing, since it’s on the second story of the parade parking area. I’d also have found a shower stall much easier to use than the bath shower.

Changing my reservation left me very disappointed. I wanted to move my stay to another date and saw the same room advertised for less on the website for that date. But when I tried to change my existing booking, I was asked to pay nearly €50 more. That felt unfair and not customer-friendly. I’d have been perfectly happy if they’d let me make the change at the same price, which would have been a reasonable solution. Instead, customers are penalized, and the experience has left me unsure about booking here again.

We had a really nice weekend visiting Brugge. The hotel is near the bus and train station, and it’s a pleasant 15-20 minute walk into town. The reception team was welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. Our room was spacious and cozy, and everything felt nearly brand new. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty to choose from. You can also order from the à la carte menu, and it’s included, unlike at some hotels where you have to pay extra. A ten out of ten for us, and absolutely worth considering for a visit to town.

We had a pleasant stay. It’s near the train station, but we didn’t hear any noise from it. Breakfast was good, and when our credit card was charged twice by mistake, the issue was sorted quickly.
