We had an awful week here. The facilities were all good and clean, although there was no air conditioning in the rooms and there were plenty of mosquitoes. The problem for us was the receptionist/caretaker. The young lady gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived, but the other receptionist, an older man, treated us very badly. He's racist toward people of other nationalities, especially Asians. Be wary of him and report similar experiences to your office. His way of speaking and acting toward us was so unpleasant. What an awful experience and stay!

A small hotel very close to the beach. If your ground-floor room faces the parking area behind the hotel, don't leave the window open, or your belongings might disappear.

Friendly staff, wonderful service, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious meals. The location is perfect, just one small block from the beach. Highly recommend.

A nice, subtle and quiet hotel that gives you the feeling of living like a local. You can feel it in the atmosphere and architecture. A very good option if you're looking for a place to stay in Zeebrugge.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is nicely located near the beach, with clean rooms that have bathtubs. Good hotel, would definitely recommend.
