The room was comfortable, with a clean toilet, fresh-smelling sheets, and a heater that worked really well. Mine also had a nice balcony. The front desk staff were welcoming, and they let me check in a little late without any complaints. The lobby was nice, and public transport and the main attractions were nearby. Brussels is small enough to get around on foot, too. They offer free luggage storage for customers, which is useful. I'd recommend it to budget travellers.

The room was lovely, well kept, and smelled wonderful. Towels, soap, and all the toiletries were provided. Breakfast was simple but tasty, with what you need for a good start to the day. I gave the service a 3 because one person at reception seemed, to me, as if she didn't want to be working there. Apart from that, everything was fine and you get what you pay for. It's a beautiful hotel.

The rooftop bar is a must, and the staff were so friendly. They even had a gorgeous birthday cake waiting in my room. This hotel made my time in Brussels really special. I didn't want to leave and will definitely stay again.

The location was great, and we could walk to everything. But the room was damp and smelled bad, with wallpaper bubbling and peeling from moisture in the walls. It felt like a regular 3-star hotel, not a 4-star one. We stayed three days, and early Monday construction work in the building kept us from sleeping. The doors also let the noise through easily.

The reception area was nicely designed, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I was there for one night, and my room was clean, warm, and quiet, which was what I needed. The interior was quite simple, but that was fine, and for the price it felt worth it. I liked Bedford Hotel.
