The location was the only thing that made the stay worthwhile. The sofa wasn’t comfortable to sleep on, and the simple cleaning wasn’t great. There was loud noise outside all night until 6 am, and the very old windows let it all through as if they were open. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a long vacation if you want to sleep.

We were left stranded when we arrived at 8pm. We had been given a phone number and the address, but nobody answered the door or phone. We only got into the building when someone happened to leave, and no one was inside. A neighbor called the manager, who said they wouldn’t come back. My husband asked for a refund, but we still haven’t received it. There were also homeless people urinating in the entrance. Definitely not somewhere I’d bring children. This was the worst business I’ve dealt with in 20 years of travel.

We were travelling from Luxembourg and got delayed on the way to our Sunday night booking. We had no internet during the trip, so couldn’t let the hotel know, and hadn’t expected that to be necessary. When we arrived, nobody answered. Once we got online at the hotel across the road, we saw the booking had been cancelled just an hour after our estimated arrival time. Luckily, the other hotel had nice rooms at a great price. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

It was easy to find, even though our taxi couldn’t drop us at the door because the hotel is in a pedestrian area. We arrived late, got instructions for meeting someone, and had to pay a surcharge. The city centre location is great for exploring, though street noise comes with it. It didn’t bother us. Just be aware that it isn’t wheelchair friendly.

Great spot for walking around the city, even late at night. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were really nice, and the location is perfect. The Wi-Fi, though, was so slow it was barely usable.
