We really liked how breakfast works here: you order the kind you want, so food doesn't get wasted. The breakfasts are small but good. The hotel is clean and comfortable, right in the city center, and you can walk to everything and several metro stations. Every staff member was lovely and looked after us well. There's no elevator, but that didn't bother us. Nothing to complain about.

Everything was great, and I'd highly recommend the hotel. In my opinion, adding air conditioning would make it even better.

I spent 6 nights here for work, and the stairs alone made the stay hard. There are five floors, no elevator, and only a narrow staircase. Nobody helped with luggage, so you carry it yourself. There's no air conditioning, and the room got sweaty at night. Mosquitoes also made it hard to sleep. There was no bottled water, just a sink and an overworked fan, and the toiletries were very basic. The phone in the room was just for show; it wasn't connected to reception or anyone. I asked for a toothbrush listed in the guest book, but they were out. The place offered little comfort or hospitality.

The reception lady was nice, but the hotel was extremely dirty. There was lots of hair on the floor, filthy carpets, and a disgusting shower curtain. The photos on booking look much better than the place does in real life.

We had a 3 day workshop at the University, and the hotel's location was fabulous for the business trip. The room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a short stay. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh bagels every morning, and the ladies at reception were the best, always helpful. I'd definitely come back!
