Smartflats City - Brusselian

We spent a three-day weekend in Brussels and booked a central apartment, but got moved to another place that was rotten. There were broken taps and a broken coffee machine, sockets pulled out of the wall, and the dishwasher had no cutlery tray. The large living room had only two lights, the curtains were on the floor, the speaker was broken, and the chair seats were torn. The bed mattress was dirty and in very poor condition. A catastrophe. Smartflats only sent a generic message, with no real response, and it made us feel like they thought we were fools. Don't book with Smartflat.

We arrived at 23 and found the apartment uncleaned, with no sheets and dirty towels. The photos show it. We called but got no answer. When we texted, they told us to cancel and said there was nothing else they could do, even though we had nowhere to go. This flat was a scam. I would never recommend it.

Great location and a nice apartment for the price. It needs a few small repairs: the room blinds didn't work, the lights flickered, and the heating was set far too warm and wouldn't stay lower.

You’re right beside bars and restaurants, and the location is perfect. The downside is the stairs are very steep and there’s no lift.
