Hotel Mozart

We spent nine full days and nights in the Executive Suite with our family of four, and had a wonderful time. It was spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly and always eager to help. Hotel Mozart is centrally located in downtown Brussels, within walking distance of most major landmarks and surrounded by great dining and shopping. The rich Moroccan artwork makes the interiors a visual treat for anyone who appreciates design. With the sightseeing and the comfort of the hotel, our experience exceeded expectations. I can confidently say Hotel Mozart is a must visit when you’re in Brussels.

The location was fantastic, but I wouldn’t recommend the place. We were there for only two nights, and neither of us slept either night because the mattress was hard as a rock and the shower overflowed. My friend had €100 in her purse that somehow disappeared between our arrival and departure. We noticed the towels had been replaced, but nothing else seemed to have been cleaned or changed, which we found quite strange.

The room was clean and the staff were polite, but those were the only positives and don’t make up for the stay. It felt unsafe and didn’t feel like a real hotel, more like a brothel. The room next to mine was rented by the hour to couples rather than for overnight stays. The same people were smoking, drinking, and doing everything in the room. There was a connecting door, so I heard everything as if it were happening in my own room, and cigarette smoke came straight into mine. The place didn’t meet any 3-star standards. There were very few guests, and the empty hotel added to the feeling of insecurity. I didn’t complain directly because it was already my last night, and I’ll never come back. I was in room 134A. The manager or owner will see this review, since you asked me to leave one. This is my honest account, and I would never recommend staying here.

What makes the stay especially nice is the people: everyone is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the classic style is comfortable and really well maintained. A lovely place to stay if you appreciate classic charm and great service.
