For a couple of nights on a work trip, the room was okay: small and old, but clean, with warm water and an electric heater that kept me comfortable. There was no mini fridge. I booked because it was close to work, despite having read the negative reviews. They took payment up front, then told me the elevator wasn't working. I had to carry my luggage and backpacks up to the third floor. When I wanted food, they said I had to go get it myself. The lift stayed out of order throughout my stay, and nobody offered help with the bags or food. That struck me as very unprofessional. The staff need proper training for customer-facing work.

The only thing I missed was a kettle, so I couldn't make tea or coffee in the room. Otherwise, the staff were polite, the rooms were clean, and it felt like good value for money, especially being right beside Erasmus metro station.

Djoud made our one-night stay a good experience. He was warm and helpful, and check-in felt easy and comfortable. We appreciated how kind and professional he was.

The room and bathroom were spotless, and we could connect our phones to the TV. Staff were really friendly and even let us check in four hours early, which was incredible. The area is pleasant and quiet, right by a metro station. Compared with the Ibis Budgets, this was definitely worth the money. There's also a chocolate outlet shop just down the road that I'd recommend.

The staff were super nice and friendly, and breakfast was decent, with the waffle stand a real bonus. Getting to the city center takes about 40 minutes by metro. The rooms let the place down. They were very dusty, some had no AC and only a dust-covered fan, the floor was dirty, and the shower wasn't good either.
