Eurostars Avenue Louise

The apartments are wonderful, and it’s a fantastic place. The room I booked smelled really bad from food left by guests before I arrived. They gave me another room after I complained, but places like this should ventilate better or take a room off offer. If they’d been fully booked, that would have been unacceptable.

We were delighted with this hotel and have decided to come back. Our junior suite was really a small studio, with a kitchenette that had a coffee machine, sink, cooker, dishwasher, fridge, and more. It was neatly integrated so it didn’t take over the room. The modern decor was tasteful, with a cosy sofa, living room table, small work nook, and plenty of space. The balcony faced the rear, so it was quiet, with no street noise. The bathroom was large, modern, and clean, and the bed was wide and comfortable. The hotel is on Avenue Luise, just below central Brussels, in a lively area full of good restaurants and shops. The tram gets you into the city centre quickly. We were greeted by a friendly woman at the entrance who explained things, showed us how to access the car park, took our suitcases, and brought us to reception on the 1st floor. Parking costs 21,- € a night. Reception was quick and very friendly, and all the staff were incredibly nice. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, where there’s also a small bar and the reception. We didn’t have time to try breakfast, so can’t comment on it. It costs 20,- € per person. There’s underground parking. Strong recommendation.

A good option for a family trip. The rooms are comfortable, and the service is up to a good hotel standard, while the apartment setup gives you those extra comforts.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, and the staff were attentive and considerate. The excellent service makes it clear that management puts effort into training and prioritizes guests and their experience.
