We finally got to stay at Maison Arya, and had a fantastic visit. Our room was on the small side but still spacious enough, and it was tidy when we arrived. The bed was wide and comfortable, and the pillows were nicely firm while still soft enough. Breakfast finished at 10.30AM, which I appreciated, and the buffet had everything needed to start the day. We arrived after the lobby had closed, but our keycard was ready and I got a straightforward text explaining how to enter. There was a small mix-up with our reservation, though the staff sorted it out in minutes and helped us continue enjoying our stay. This visit came after extreme weather forced the cancellation of all transportation to Brussels, so I had to cancel my original booking. I’d chosen not to buy cancellation insurance, but the hotel manager was very helpful and gave me a voucher to stay at Maison Arya Brussels in the future. I’m grateful for the excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely book there again next time I’m in town.

The staff were really friendly, and the clean, stylish room was in a fantastic location. They made our wedding night feel special, and the stay was great value for money. Highly recommend!

This was a very disappointing experience. I’d booked and prepaid a non-refundable room through Booking.com for 27-28 January, but when I arrived the hotel asked me to pay again. I showed proof of payment, including the bank transaction, the Booking.com confirmation email, and the reservation in the app. Reception said they didn’t know what had gone wrong and had never seen a case like it. Most of my personal details appeared incorrectly in their system. They insisted we pay again to get the room instead of looking into the problem or contacting Booking.com. The manager gave us the same response: no second payment, no room. There was no effort to help resolve it, so I had to contact Booking.com myself. The whole ordeal took around two hours and seriously affected our one-day trip to Brussels. They offered no compensation or goodwill gesture, not even a late checkout. The management and behavior were very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and it’s a fairly quiet hotel with helpful staff, close to St Katherine's Square and just a short walk from the centre of Brussels. The buffet breakfast is more than adequate, though food can run out quickly. For the price and the boutique hotel claim, the clothes storage is disappointing: just three small disc hooks, and one of ours was broken.

The room was modern, large, clean, and comfortable, and the location was excellent for walking to central spots or the metro. We stayed two nights and rested well, so I’d be happy to come back. Breakfast was the main letdown. The general dining area was too small, and each morning we were competing for space with a large group. There was only one coffee machine and two hot food options, scrambled eggs and bacon, which kept running out. They also ran out of large coffee cups and spoons, though staff were helpful about providing them when asked. The elevator was a bit dodgy as well. It had no inside door, and the outside door wouldn’t open on the first or second floor, so be ready to use the stairs.
