We had a horrific stay in both rooms. The day before the trip, we were told we'd have to switch rooms halfway through. Both were visibly dirty, and the sheets didn't look clean or changed before we arrived. A few days in, my daughter was covered in bug bites. We found bed bugs and other insects crawling around the rooms, beds, and our belongings. I contacted the owners for days and got no reply. Then, the day before we were due to leave, a bathroom pipe seemed to burst and flooded the room at 3 in the morning. We stayed up just hours before our flight, wiping the floors to keep water from ruining our luggage. The rooms were also extremely hot, with only two small table fans to use at night. The kitchen supplies were dirty, and the fridge smelled so bad we couldn't use it.
