The tram stop is right nearby, and the center isn't very far, so the location worked fine for my Brussels trip. My room was at the top of the building and got quite hot on sunny days because it seemed to hold the heat. The toilet was outside the room, and the shower was transparent, which could feel awkward if you're sharing with friends or family rather than a boyfriend or girlfriend. The staff were friendly. I might try somewhere else next time.

There was a little seating area with a sofa and refreshments by the entrance. The staff member was helpful and let us leave our luggage after checkout for free. I think he was from Bangladesh. Our room was great for us, and if I remember right we were in 301, which had a small balcony. There was construction behind our room during the day, but we were out then, so it was okay.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is handy for Brussels North Station. My room, though, wasn't very clean and had a bad smell. In the evenings there isn't much around beyond a kebab shop, in a neighborhood that is mostly Muslim.

The hotel is being built or renovated, but the work didn't bother me and the place is nice. It's about two minutes from a tram stop and five minutes from the metro. I'd recommend it.

I had a room with a door hanging off its hinges. It wouldn't open, and that made the room feel less than fully secure. Still, it's a good hotel for a night.
