We’ve just come back from a long weekend in early March 26. The location was fabulous, with restaurants, bars, and the Grand Place right nearby. Staff gave us a friendly welcome and good service all around, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and had a nice choice. There was some noise outside, especially in the early hours of Saturday, from exuberant young people who’d had a few too many Stellas. We were in a room at the back, though, so it wasn’t too bad. Thanks for making our stay such a happy, memorable one.

Pablo, the Operation Manager, deserves my personal thanks. We had a complicated booking problem through Agoda, and his direct help was decisive in sorting it out. The hotel showed professional ethics by approving a full refund and putting the customer first. I really appreciate management’s commitment to resolving the issue. Their honest, serious approach earns my recommendation.

Everyone on staff was very friendly and welcoming during my stay, and the location is hard to beat, right beside the Grand Place. The facilities are what you’d expect of a 3-star hotel, no more and no less. There’s renovation work going on at the moment, so it gets quite noisy during the day. Breakfast was underwhelming too, and I don’t think it’s a must-have.

The bathroom could use a refresh, but that was only a small suggestion after a really lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast tasted good, and the kind staff made the whole place feel welcoming and well cared for. We enjoyed our time here a lot. A 3.9 rating feels far too low to me, this hotel deserves a higher score!
