The apartment was beautifully decorated, with great furniture and a big, cozy bathroom. The kitchen had everything we might need, though the kettle was quite dirty. The bed was very soft and comfortable, and I liked having a balcony. Just be aware there may be flies living in the ceiling lamp.

The place is in a decent spot, but the shower handle was broken and wouldn't stay upright, and the hallway was so dark it needed a light. The owner's response was the worst part. When my husband posted a similar review, the owner argued with him, sarcastically said we couldn't figure out the lights, and accused him of writing a false review. Please take a breath and work on your customer service. There are plenty of other places that treat their guests well.

The host was rude, obnoxious, and unfriendly. He also seemed to assume everyone was called Greg. Some lessons in manners and grace wouldn't hurt. Avoid this place.

It was so dark inside that I half expected Gandalf to show up. They really need to add some lightbulbs. I'd avoid the place.

Bring a torch if you stay here. It's darker than the space under the stairs at my parents' house, and you may end up walking into things. A hard hat might help too.
