The rooms were very cold, with just one small electric heater under the window, and the staff were unfriendly. The domotica downstairs DOES NOT WORK. They called it a 'holiday place', but if that's a holiday, then I'm Albert Einstein. They complained about noise and said I had to pay a 150€ fine, even though they were working in the building. A very bad, expensive experience. I'd advise avoiding this place. Up to you.

I've stayed here a couple of times with friends on short trips. The rooms are basic but clean and affordable. You only get one towel for several days, so it really is budget.

The room we booked looked better on the website than it did in person. The furniture was old and the place was quite dirty, so don't trust the photos. The other things were okay, though.

The bedroom was so dusty that I had to clean the whole thing myself. It was my first time ever scrubbing a floor with soap. I really hope the owner gives the place more attention when it comes to cleanliness.

I wouldn't recommend this accommodation to anyone who cares about safety and peace of mind. No safe was provided in the room, and the security conditions seemed completely inadequate. Management gave me no meaningful help and appeared to take the matter lightly. During my stay from May 18 to May 25, 2025, a large amount of money I had left in the apartment was stolen. I put it in a pouch in the wardrobe when I arrived, then found it gone when I retrieved it on Friday. The police were contacted and a formal complaint was filed. As a student and intern at KU Leuven, I found the incident extremely upsetting, and it made the start of my stay very difficult. It was deeply distressing.
