The room was super clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Breakfast could have had more variety, but it was sufficient for a one-night business trip and I was very satisfied overall. The receptionist, Ayfer👩🏼, made the day for me. She’s warm-hearted, helpful and welcoming. I always say it’s people who make the difference, and she’s a real gem 💎 in this hotel.

The rooms were small but good, and the bathroom was perfect, with a big shower. It’s a nice hotel within easy walking distance of the city area.

They were so accommodating when I changed my check-in date and then my check-out date separately. The staff are really nice, and I love the humor in the hotel and street names, since the street is sheep street. The place is a little gem, clean, with a comprehensive breakfast. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was quiet, the location pretty good, and breakfast was included. My only issue is that they used to offer laundry service, which was useful on trips of several weeks, but they’ve stopped. I’ll have to find another hotel that has it.

The buffet breakfast was great, the rooms were very clean, and the reception staff were knowledgeable and great. It’s a small hotel, so make sure you book. Restaurants are nearby, an easy 10 to 25 minute stroll away. I’d definitely stay here if I’m ever in Leuven again.
